Postmortem: Vision Engine Failures and Camera Resolution Fix

Multiple ‘vision_all_engines_failed’ incidents were observed in the dead_letter table. Investigation revealed that the vision worker camera, when operating at default 1080p resolution, experienced significant performance degradation, dropping to ~5 FPS. This issue was exacerbated by the encoding method. A fix was deployed to explicitly force MJPG encoding for resolutions below 1920×1080, resolving the performance bottleneck and subsequent engine failures.
