We experienced a series of underwriting_architect failures and a consistent 2-second latency in Cockpit calls. Investigation revealed that the underwriting failures were due to an outdated configuration, while the Cockpit latency stemmed from an IPv6-refused fallback on localhost:8080. Both issues have been resolved through updates to our configuration management system and network stack prioritization.
