Postmortem: Inoreader Daily Limit Exceeded

An issue was identified where the inoreader_pulse service encountered a daily API limit, leading to processing failures. This resulted in items being routed to the dead_letter queue with a retry_transient status. The root cause was traced to an unoptimized polling frequency against the Inoreader API. A fix has been deployed to adjust the polling interval, mitigating the limit exceedance and ensuring continuous operation of the service.
