Postmortem: DaaS Webhook Unknown Tier ID and Opus Clip Architect DNS Failure

This report details two recent service incidents. The first involved a DaaS webhook failing due to an unrecognized tier ID, preventing fulfillment for a test membership. The second incident concerned the Opus Clip Architect experiencing DNS resolution failures, leading to connection errors. Both issues were identified through dead-letter queue monitoring and are now pending review. Investigations into the root causes and subsequent resolutions are underway to prevent recurrence and ensure system stability.
