This move, under the banner of United Wizards of the Coast-CWA (UWOTC-CWA), highlights growing concerns within the creative industry regarding fair compensation, job security, and the increasing pressure to integrate artificial intelligence into their work processes. The unionization effort follows a similar successful drive by the Magic: The Gathering Arena team earlier this year.
